- Why I have not received my order yet??
Due to unforeseen circumstances, it is possible that your order might get delayed. We will send you an E-mail/SMS informing you about the delay along with the new expected delivery date. Visit the MY ORDERS page in your account and click on TRACK ORDER to get real time status of your order.
- Unable to Track my order ?
My be it could be some network related issue or Your order was missed by our confirmation team / you missed the confirmation call of our backend team.

- How I replace or Get service from MobLap?
If you want to Replace / get service on product please follow these steps:-
- Create a replacement / Service request through our helpline numbers or Whatsapp services.
- Our Backend team will contact you soon.
Our courier partner will collect parcel from you / if reverse pickup is not available in your pin code, Then you should send the parcel to our office address.
- if I get physically damaged product can I get replaced?
Delivery is usually safe, but, if you receive a damaged product you can replace it. To avoid any hassle, go through the following steps:
- Yes you can replace it, just contact our helpline numbers then follow the instructions of our support team.
- As soon as your parcel reaches our Office, We will send you another parcel from here.
- How will my order be delivered?
All orders are shipped by our courier partners who deliver the packages to your doorstep or the nearest pick-up store if the option is selected.

Sit back and relax! Once your order is confirmed, we will share the order id and tracking details via Email/SMS. You can then TRACK ORDER by logging into your MobLap Account’s MY ORDERS section.

Once your order will confirmed by our confirmation team your order will dispatch same day
After packing your order our seller / backend team will provide you tracking link and tracking number
- if I get wrong product how can I get replaced?
We take utmost care to ensure customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, if you receive a wrong product please raise a replacement request or get in touch with us. You will also have the option to choose the replace the product.
